History

Founded by Nate Ritter, Perfect Space was established in 2004 in Bellingham, WA. Bellingham, like many college-towns had a lack of centralized ways to find rental properties. Nate wants to change that, and give students and others a way to find their next rental quickly and easily.

While making it easier for tenants to find their next rental, Nate didn't want to make it difficult on the property manager or landlord. So, he created a way that they could enter all their listings at once and then with the click of a button, advertise that rental. Simplicity while saving money and time are the keys.

In April 2006, Nate partnered with Brent Cowden, a Whatcom County landlord, and Perfect Space became an LLC. New features will be emerging along with a new dedication to giving landlords new ways to decrease their vacancy rates and tenants new ways to find and obtain their "perfect space."
