Want to get notified when we have a rental that fits what you're looking for? We do that.

Simply tell us what you're looking for and we'll send you an email every time one comes available that matches your criteria. It will also tell us what areas you're looking in, even if we don't have any available there yet. So, feel free to tell us what you're looking for and where and we'll try to get property managers and landlords in that area to list their rentals here for you.

What's RSS?

RSS (Real Simple Syndication), is a relatively new way to receive notification when websites update. It's similar to email in that it periodically checks a website you "subscribe" to. Once it finds a new bit of info, it notifies you, similar to when you check email and it pops up and tells you "you've got mail".

I'm convinced, now what?

Now, you download an RSS Reader (or "Client" if you're a geek) and install it. This part gets trickier to explain because we don't know about every single RSS Reader out there, but we can suggest a few good ones that are relatively easy to learn.

Ok, got one installed.... next step?

Once you've got an RSS Reader installed, you can either subscribe to our main RSS feed, or to one that filters based on your search criteria. It's easy, trust me.

To subscribe to our main feed just right-click on this ... and select "Copy link location" (or just copy the following web address: http://www.perfectspace.com/rss.php ). Then, go to your RSS reader and Add A New Feed. Paste that web address in and voila! Next thing that should happen is your RSS reader will update (or you can update it manually), and you'll get a list of all the properties on PerfectSpace.com. When a new one comes available, it will show up in this list.

To subscribe to a feed that is based on your search, just do a search and look for the icon at the bottom of the screen. Use the directions above (copy the web address that the orange button is linked to into your RSS reader) and you're good to go.

If you're saying to yourself "Why would I want to go through all this?", the answer is because you can subscribe to tons of websites just like this one, like CNN News, other blogs, and lots of other stuff. Once you begin, it's easy to be dependent on it for all your news. Heck, we don't even watch that much TV news anymore. Crazy huh? It's like crack, really.
